Operations Shift Leader I

Production Manager

Purpose and role of job : Lead all production team members on crew (and all plant team members on off hours, nights, and weekends) and manage company assets to safely maximize production of excellent quality product.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

General Responsibilities :

• Follows and ensures accountability for all safety rules and policies and drives a culture of personal responsibility and keeping each other safe.
• Follows and ensures accountabilities for all necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
• Monitors workflow and coordinates production with appropriate departments.
• Plans production schedules to ensure maximum utilization of equipment and team members.
• Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so.

90% completion of standard work tasks.
