Project Controller / Scheduler

A company is looking for a Project Controller / Scheduler to support a large-scale Department of Defense enterprise IT program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with contract deliverables and milestones

Track Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators and create performance metrics for reporting

Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies while supporting program management activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in project control, scheduling, or cost / schedule analysis for federal or defense programs

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule performance reporting

Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) are preferred
