We are looking for an experienced, professional Oyster Shuckers / Char-Grillers that can prepare Oysters using Mike Anderson's exact specifications must be able to be on time, look and act professionally, and have a passion for Oysters. A great team member will play a key role in living true to our vision (noted above).
Rates : $13-15 per hour

- We close at 10 : 00 PM Monday-Thursday
- Close at 10 : 30 PM on Friday and Saturday and 9 : 00 PM on Sundays, so no late nights!

An awesome smile and winning attitude.A willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.1-2 yrs working with oysters - experience is a plus, but not necessary.Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays.Responsibilities
Shuck oysters to specifications - safely, clean, and efficientlySet up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and / or preparing sauces)Shuck and / or cook oysters in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen teamAnswer, report and follow kitchen managers instructionsClean up station thoroughlyStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with team membersEntertain guests and assist bartenders in cleaning and maintenance.Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance under pressure.Skills
Proven cooking experienceExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and proceduresAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksFamiliar with our industrys best practicesFriendly Personality and Understanding of Health CodeThank you for your interest in Mike Anderson's.
