Our Service Technicians are among the most critical roles in our dealerships. Today's technicians are highly trained, well-compensated professionals who possess exceptional mechanical skills and thrive on learning and understanding the sophisticated technology behind modern vehicles.

Ferman Fords Service Departments operate on a team-based system where you'll work alongside other team members on a single vehicle to provide our Guests with accurate auto service and repairs on time and within budget. If you're passionate about vehicle technology, possess a winning and fearless team spirit, and have a desire to lead by example and mentor entry-level techs, this position is for you.
