Join our team as a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Indigo. This is a FLOAT position for our Inland Northwest Region Urgent Care Clinics. INW Region : Greater Spokane, Millwood, Liberty Lake, Coeur d'Alene, Yakima and Hayden Idaho.

FTE : 0.9 Shift : Day Schedule : 8am-8pm 3 x 12-hour shifts

Up to $7,500 sign-on incentive is available for external candidates including new grads and experienced medical assistants.

$2.50 / hour Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked.

$1.75 / hour X-Ray Certification Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked for employees who become trained and certified in X-Ray.

$1.25 / hour Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts.

Extra Shifts and Float incentives awarded when applicable.

Monthly Indigo Incentive Program, with a payout rate of up to $300 / month.

Position Summary :

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. As a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant, you will work in high-collaboration with your team to ensure the best possible health care outcomes and patient experiences. You will support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
