Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or via remote access
 - Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
 - Set up and maintain computer systems and networks
 - Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
 - Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects
 - Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures
 
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldProven experience in IT support or a related roleExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDesired Experience :
Previous experience working in a help desk or technical support roleExperience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-VCertifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plusFamiliarity with network security and firewallsSalary & Benefits :
