We are seeking a Logistics Specialist with at least 10 years of proven experience in securing competitive

trucking and air freight rates for both domestic and international shipments, with a strong background in

military contracting and familiarity with U.S. military depot requirements .

Responsibilities :

• Source and negotiate competitive trucking and air freight rates.
• Manage logistics related to military contracts and depot shipments .
• Maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with all military, government, and ITAR regulations .
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet shipping and delivery schedules.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years of logistics experience (domestic & international).
• Hands-on experience with military depot requirements and contract compliance.
• Active security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with ITAR / EAR export compliance .
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and demonstrates strong work ethic.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively with coworkers at all levels.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Starting salary : $25.00 per hour
• 2 weeks vacation after 6 months of employment
