Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN AM / PM Shift

This position is a mix of AM and PM shifts

Suring Health and Rehabilitation Center  would love to have you as a join their  AMAZING   team!

As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing / Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents : administrating medication  administer injections and assist with procedures and documentation,  monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.
