Forklift Operator

Summary

We are currently seeking a “best in class” Forklift Operator to load and unload products to/from delivery. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position  Operate forklift to move material and product while following all company Safety & Security policies and procedures  Perform cycle counts  Provide customer assistance  Maintain the brick yard and warehouse  Perform minor maintenance and repairs Skills and Experience Required for Success  3+ months of related experience  Certification in forklift operation  Must be able to quickly identify materials  Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly  Must be able to pass Hazmat exam Competencies Required for Success  Integrity  Self-Motivated  Teamwork  Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills Education  High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
