Josiah’s Coffeehouse and Cafe is hiring a full-time Expo to join our kitchen and service teams! If you’re organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working on details behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you!

About the Role

As an Expo, you’ll be the key communication link between the Kitchen and Front of House teams. You’ll ensure food is plated correctly, tickets are fulfilled promptly, and everything looks clean & appetizing before it reaches our guests.

What You’ll Do

– Coordinate food coming out of the kitchen to match ticket timing and standards

– Check for correct plating, garnish, and cleanliness before food is served

– Assist with running food and carrying trays as needed

– Keep the expo window and service area clean, stocked, and organized

– Help prepare and package To-Go Orders accurately and efficiently

– Communicate clearly with team members to keep service flowing smoothly
