Job Summary

The Production Finishing Lead oversee the finishing team to ensure accuracy and quality. This position will perform inspections of all products before the fixtures are packed and emphasize the importance of safety and a clean work environment. The Production Finishing Lead will also work closely with management to improve processes for efficiency. The Shades of Light Production Department has a proud history of producing quality products for our discerning customers.

Job Requirements / Expectations :

• Direct team members as needed to maintain efficient flow finishing
• Work with management to implement solutions and improvements to ensure quality, safety, and operating efficiency
• Direct team in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Expedite finished products
• Perform quality inspections on all products before packed
• Assist in frontline job functions as needed to maintain efficient workflow
• Oversee the finishing department and perform all other duties assigned
