Senior Executive Assistant- Advancement at Seattle Colleges. Full-time position based in Seattle, WA with a hybrid schedule (remote and on-site).
Base pay range : $79,467.00 / yr - $109,739.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and the Seattle Colleges Foundation's Board of Directors.
- Manage staff and external volunteers to support 501c3 nonprofit responsibilities and fundraising efforts.
- Anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with discretion for confidential information.
- Proactively coordinate calendar, meetings (virtual, hybrid, and in-person), and travel as needed.
- Develop and coordinate communications on behalf of the Vice Chancellor; assist with budget processes and tracking.
- Maintain discretionary budgets, donor portfolios, and project / task management related to the Vice Chancellor and Foundation activities.
- Coordinate recruitment and orientation for new trustees; support Foundation annual financial audit documentation.
- Serve as a liaison among the Vice Chancellor, Advancement Office, internal stakeholders, and external partners; triage inquiries and respond to policy guidance.
- Maintain contact lists, meeting materials, and organizational documents; administer Foundation cloud-based platforms as needed.
- Support Foundation Board and committee calendars, minutes, and logistics.
Foundation Board of Directors
Act as primary liaison to the Foundations Board of Directors (up to 25 members) and manage board communications and logistics.Prepare and distribute meeting packets, take minutes, and manage BoardEffect and other documents.Organizational Culture and Commitment

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.5+ years of progressively responsible administrative support or related experience.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and coordinate activities with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment; experience collaborating with diverse groups.Physical Demands and Disability Accommodation
