Key Responsibilities
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating provider candidates
Establishes recruiting requirements by collaborating with managers to discuss staffing needs
Evaluates applicants by interviewing and analyzing qualifications against job requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Required)
Knowledge of current legislation and regulations related to recruitment
Experience in coordinating interviews and managing applicant logistics
Ability to collaborate with Compensation Partners for offer evaluations
