As the Regional Program Administrator , you will be responsible for maintaining operational and instructional fidelity across education programs within a defined geography— ensuring curriculum, instruction, and assessment are delivered with rigor, consistency, and measurable impact. As the chief educational assurance agent, you'll ensure consistent compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ChanceLight standards while empowering teams to deliver positive, equitable learning outcomes for every student, every day.
This position works under general direction from the Sr. Vice President, Operations in overseeing all site operations and functions as the liaison between the site and the school districts’ designated site contacts by establishing and maintaining positive, interactive, working relationships.
‖ Responsibilities Include :
Implementing ChanceLight educational policies, procedures, and standards—aligning curricula and instructional practices to national and state content standards, IDEA / ESSA requirements, and applicable education law to ensure fidelity and consistency across sites.
Coaching and supervising instructional staff on state standards, assessment literacy, curriculum alignment, and classroom systems—providing job-embedded training, calibrated observations, and actionable feedback to scale evidence-based teaching practices.
Overseeing schoolwide assessment systems (diagnostic, formative, interim, and summative)—validating assessment calendars, ensuring secure administration, and monitoring student progress and growth trajectories.
Training teams to analyze student data (including subgroup and IEP goal data) and applying evidence-based strategies (MTSS / RTI, UDL, explicit instruction) to inform instructional decisions and accelerate achievement.
Researching and recommending evidence-based, standards-aligned curricula and instructional resources that meet Department of Education and district requirements, including procurement and rollout planning.
Reviewing and auditing lesson plans, transcripts, report cards, grading practices, and progress reports for accuracy, compliance, and instructional rigor—calibrating expectations with rubrics and exemplars.
Guiding instructional teams in developing long-term and short-term goals, sequencing implementation roadmaps, and establishing milestones, leading indicators, and success criteria.
Conducting routine quality-assurance reviews at the student, staff, classroom, and site levels—diagnosing gaps, prescribing corrective actions, and verifying impact through follow-up walkthroughs.
Assessing professional learning needs via data (observations, student outcomes, compliance audits) and designing PD that integrates training, side-by-side coaching, and feedback cycles with measurable outcomes.
Training and supporting teams in the development and implementation of high-quality IEPs—aligning goals / benchmarks to evaluation data and present levels, and ensuring progress monitoring and documentation fidelity.
Ensuring consistent implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)—operationalizing point / level systems, reinforcement schedules, and classroom routines to strengthen school climate.
Leveraging multiple data sources (Integrity Assurance Reviews, Accountability Matrix, formative assessments, attendance / behavior indicators) to inform instructional priorities and drive programmatic and operational decisions.
Establishing and maintaining professional, solutions-oriented communication with parents / caregivers and district partners—providing clear updates on progress, compliance, and outcomes while representing ChanceLight with excellence.
Attending district / organizational meetings and participating in ongoing professional learning (conferences, trainings, seminars) to maintain certifications and advance instructional leadership competencies.
Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, student services, and clinical teams to align schedules, staffing, and resources that enable high-fidelity instructional delivery.
Documenting processes, artifacts, and outcomes—maintaining accurate records and reports to support audits, monitoring visits, and continuous improvement cycles.
Performing other duties as needed to advance organizational goals and sustain a culture of high expectations, compliance, and results.
