We are seeking an junior Assistant Manager in Clothing Retail to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise team ,assign work
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees ,monitor performance
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting, controlling expenses / shortages
• Resolve customer complaints
• Support manager in overall operation
• Responsible to develop and participate in management decisions and actions under the direction of store manager
• Loss prevention awareness
• Open or close store
• Merchandising
