The Sr. Analyst, Replenishment will drive replenishment initiatives with the MHUSA distributors. By implementing a proactive and seamless ordering process, you will maximize MHUSA sales and Distributors depletions, proactively calculate and optimize Distributor needs, and create a collaborative ordering process.

Office / Location : Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office

Job Responsibilities

Profile | Key Accountabilities

• Proactively suggest purchase orders to distributors based on MHUSA priorities (maximize depletions, maintain stable DOI at distributors, right items in stock, ).
• Calculate the distributors needs based on key parameters (forecast, lead-time, safety stock).
• Lead collaborative meetings with distributor and MH market lead to adjust changing needs.
• Anticipate key supply and business priorities such as pre-PI or landing.
• Ensure smooth SKU transition execution (vintage change, new labels).
• Reserve stock in SAP to ensure availability for distributor.
• Work on the optimization of transportation via direct load based on correct sourcing, weight, and value.
• Animate proactive weekly meetings to review entire process and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor PO processing until delivery to distributor.
• Optimize route to market for all orders; evaluate and implement efficiencies pertaining to sourcing (warehouse vs. direct import) and order exceptions (out of stock, delivery blocks, allocation issues, credit holds, etc.).
• Analysis and execution of agility movement to maximize depletions in a context of unbalanced supply
