Job Description :

Midwestern IT Inc is seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing production and operational support to business-critical applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth functionality of systems across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

2) Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve problems.

3)Document support processes, incident reports, and troubleshooting steps.

4) Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain excellent customer communication.

Required Qualifications :

1)Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2)3+ years of experience in application or production support roles.

3) Strong knowledge of SQL, basic scripting, and debugging.

4)Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).

5)Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
