Manager Lab Data Engineering

A company is looking for a Manager of Lab Data Engineering - Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing Lab Data Engineering team

Drive the development and execution of data products strategy in collaboration with senior leaders

Act as a liaison between lab operations and technical teams to support metrics, dashboards, and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in analytics or data-driven decision-making roles

3+ years of people management experience

Proven expertise in Looker and SQL, with hands-on experience in lab data engineering or operations

Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or similar data platforms
