A company is looking for a Director of IT SOX Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee IT SOX compliance function and collaborate with IT process owners to enhance internal controls

Lead financial system transformation initiatives to optimize efficiency and integration within accounting processes

Guide the accounting team through project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business requirements and ERP solutions

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding and experience with PCAOB standards, SOX, and COSO Framework

11+ years of progressive experience, including prior Big Four accounting experience

Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and within a team

Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence executives and present to committees

Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) required; additional certifications like PMP and CPA preferred
