Lead Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Lead, Contracts to manage missile defense contracts for government projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RFP reviews and assist in proposal development for prime and subcontracts

Manage contract negotiations, compliance, and customer interface for assigned contracts

Advise management on contractual business decisions and facilitate customer interactions regarding contract performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of contracting experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree

5+ years of experience in contracts management with U.S. Government contracts

5+ years of experience with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, & CAS regulations

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
