Medical Director (DVM) – Cisco, TX

A progressive mixed-animal practice in Cisco, Texas is seeking a Medical Director to lead a dedicated clinical team and guide the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced veterinarian ready to combine hands-on medicine with leadership and ownership potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Mentor and develop veterinary and support team members.
  • Oversee medical protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Foster client trust through strong communication and education.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support hospital growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree or equivalent.
  • Active or eligible Texas veterinary license.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with mixed-animal or companion-animal medicine preferred.
