Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize used vehicle profitability
• Provide exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, and vehicle presentation
• Conduct regular training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer transactions
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Qualifications :

Salary range : $70,000 - $120,000 annually + performance bonuses — Full-time, in-person role.
