Job description : Mental Health Therapist (Independent Contractor-Looking for a long-term fit) -Join our team of tenured therapists! Our wellness practice is looking for a compassionate and motivated therapist to join our team as a full-time 1099 contractor. This role offers the rare opportunity to step into an already established client base within a supportive and holistic environment. What We're Looking For : A Master's degree in Social Work is required. Must hold an active LSW (LISW preferred). License must be current and unrestricted. Ability to pass a background check. At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy to adults and teens. A strong interest in or openness to holistic and transpersonal approaches to therapy. Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system (Chromebook provided). Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Manage a caseload of roughly 30 one-hour sessions per week. Have some flexibility for evening or weekend availability, depending on client demand.
