About the Role

In this exciting seasonal position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving customers with your tax expertise. Your role will include :

• Providing Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex business income scenarios.
• Being a Community Ambassador : Cultivate a robust customer base by actively engaging with prospects and nurturing leads into long-term clients.
• Educating and Communicating : Represent TurboTax confidently in your community, hosting engaging learning events and making taxes accessible.
• Building Relationships : Connect with clients on a personal level, demonstrating understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns.
• Delivering a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create exceptional experiences that help clients achieve their financial goals.
