With strong wholesale partnerships, marketplace presence, and a thriving e-commerce channel, we are seeking a hands-on Operations / Logistics Account Manager to join our Los Angeles team.
Position Overview
The Operations / Logistics Account Manager will oversee daily fulfillment center operations, supporting both wholesale and e-commerce distribution channels. This role requires expertise in warehouse management systems, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace integrations (EDI, ShipStation, Disco, Mirakl, Excel) . The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills , knowledge of EDI / ASN shipments, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance both client account management and operational execution . Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment for wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and marketplace accounts.
- Process and track orders using EDI, Joor, Shopify, ShipStation, Disco, and Mirakl , ensuring accuracy and compliance with routing guidelines.
- Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory and reconcile stock across multiple channels.
- Partner with wholesale and marketplace accounts (Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Revolve, etc.) to meet compliance standards.
- Build strong client relationships, resolving issues with proactive problem-solving.
- Work with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to deliver efficient shipping performance.
- Generate reporting in Excel to track KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy, shipping turnaround, and returns.
- Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and high-volume fulfillment periods.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or operations management , preferably within the fashion / lifestyle industry .Hands-on experience with EDI, ShipStation, Disco, Mirakl, and Excel . Must have knowledge of EDI.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms .Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills to handle escalations.Experience with wholesale retail compliance and marketplace operations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Leadership experience in warehouse / operations teams a plus.
