The Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Aging Case Aide 2 to join our team in providing essential services to our senior community. In this vital role, you will work closely with older adults and their families, assisting them in navigating a variety of support systems designed to enhance their quality of life. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position at the Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging (LCAAA), you will undertake a variety of responsibilities. Your main tasks will involve managing information and referral calls, directing inquiries to the right staff, and organizing physical files. You will also provide support to OPTIONS care managers during their monthly telephone contacts at the 3- and 9-month intervals, assist the PA Medi Coordinator with program-related activities, and manage the 6-month and annual assessments for Domiciliary Care plans, along with any additional duties assigned. It is essential that applicants for this role do not possess an active insurance license.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
