The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and efficient Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Stocktwits. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support key business objectives for our clients. You’ll identify and build strong relationships with relevant influencers, manage campaign logistics, negotiate contracts, track performance metrics, and ensure all content meets legal and brand guidelines. Working closely with internal marketing teams, you’ll also integrate influencer content into broader campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development : Create and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Influencer Recruitment & Management : Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers whose audience and values align with the brand.
  • Campaign Execution : Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from concept to completion.
  • Content & Coordination : Work with influencers and internal teams to create authentic and engaging content that meets brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize future strategies.
  • Relationship Building : Nurture relationships with influencers and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to identify new opportunities.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and content creation.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and authentic influencer campaigns.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with influencers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines in influencer marketing.
  • Essential Skills

  • Communication : Excellent skills for communicating with influencers, internal teams, and agencies.
  • Negotiation : Ability to negotiate contracts and partnership terms with influencers.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in tracking data and analyzing performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and consumer behavior.

    The Pay Range For This Role Is 100,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
