Equity And Inclusion Consultant

The Equity and Inclusion Consultant plays a pivotal role in advancing enterprise-wide initiatives at Intermountain Healthcare. This position supports the Caregiver Belonging team and collaborates closely with cross-functional working groups and leadership to support and advance a culture of inclusion and belonging for all caregivers across all levels of the organization. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers : California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington.

We are looking for candidates with experience in :

• Experience in Employee Diversity and Inclusion
• Project management
• Experience Leading and Teaching
• Experience with Equity Related Data Analysis
• Experience in designing and training-Belonging experience

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $44.33 - $68.42
