Job Title : Accounting I

Location : South Oklahoma City, OK (100% On-Site)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Pay : $20 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Overview :

A well-established credit union in South OKC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting I professional to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounting experience who is looking to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, accuracy in their work, and a desire to contribute to the organization’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Reconcile debit and credit card general ledgers daily.
• Deposit and record all incoming checks.
• Post daily real estate general ledger entries.
• Record all credit union insurance product claim payments.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Provide backup support to other accounting staff and assist with special projects as needed.
