Job Description
- Preparing and cleaning media for conversion.
- Working hands‑on with technology to process conversion, troubleshooting and performing minor repairs (e.g. splicing, combining film reels).
- Film – Using film projectors to convert film into digital media. Test and troubleshoot reel functionality, monitoring the success of the conversion process to ensure quality transfer.
- Photo – Scanning photos, prints and slides into digital format using flatbed, Kodak or Epson scanners.
- Video – Operating VHS / Cassette / DVD players to correctly process digitalization. Troubleshoot errors by splicing and combining reels / tape, monitoring conversion quality.
- Responsible for converting home film reels / videos and photos to digital formats using customized in‑house hardware and software.
- Managing workflow for assigned work stations for conversion of home movie film reels.
- Analyzing notes in our database for specific orders and determining the appropriate workflow based on those notes.
- Auditing every order to ensure they are completed and grouped accurately.
- Ensuring data integrity and customer privacy.
- Keeping the work area organized and clean.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.Training schedule based on shift accepted at time of offer; generally permanent.Starting pay $17 per hour with eligibility for raises at the end of each quarter or after 90 days.One weekend day per week required.Overtime as required, at manager’s discretion.On‑site location : North Scottsdale, 101 & Via De Ventura.All positions are on‑site.Qualifications
Adequate knowledge and experience using computer systems.Experience with Google Chrome, Gmail, and OpenOffice (preferred).Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.Ability to lift 40 lbs. without physical restrictions.Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, climb, and pull on a consistent basis.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Shows a sense of urgency and comfort in a fast‑paced setting.Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication.Accurately follows verbal and written instructions.Detail oriented.Positive attitude.Team player.Reliable transportation.Education
High School diploma or GED required.
