About the Role
As Senior Product Manager, you'll lead Dexcom's insight delivery strategydefining what insights we deliver, how often, and why they matter to patients and providers. You'll work backward from meaningful outcomes to identify the data and capabilities needed to power differentiated, personalized experiences that go beyond traditional metabolic health offerings.

You'll define modular services that surface across a variety of patient and provider applications, driving consistency, reuse, and impact. Working within a highly collaborative organization, you'll help deliver intelligent, extensible solutions that redefine what's possible in connected care.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Prioritization : Define and stewards the roadmap for insights and workflow services, including Dexcom's metabolic health platform and insights engine, bringing lifestyle and wellness support into clinical products. Identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver the greatest value for providers, patients, and Dexcom's business objectives. Partner with commercial teams to ensure alignment with market needs and business priorities.
- Insight Architecture : Design scalable frameworks for delivering behavioral, contextual, and predictive insights. Partner with data science to turn raw signals into personalized recommendations.
- Microservices Development : Define modular services that power patient and provider experiences across Dexcom's global ecosystem, driving reuse and consistency.
- Data Integration : Identify key data inputs and support integration efforts to AI-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across engineering, clinical, regulatory, legal, commercial and other teams to deliver safe, compliant, and globally compliant solutions.
- Experience Alignment : Ensure insights are surfaced in intuitive, meaningful ways that support user goals and drive engagement.
- Market Differentiation : Benchmark against competitive offerings and emerging technologies to define Dexcom's unique value in connected metabolic health.
- Evidence-Driven Innovation : Collaborate with research and clinical teams to incorporate AI, clinical decision support and alerts responsibly and validate impact through evidence-based insights.

What We're Looking For
Product Management Expertise : 7+ years in product management or a closely related role, ideally in digital health, wellness platforms, or data-driven services.Insight & Platform Fluency : Experience defining and delivering personalized insights, with a strong grasp of data pipelines, APIs, and modular service architectures.Cross-Functional Execution : Proven ability to lead across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Regulated & Non-Regulated Contexts : Comfort navigating regulated domains (e.g., SaMD, HIPAA) while also building non-regulated features that scale globally.Preferred Qualifications
SaMD & Clinical Decision Support : Experience contributing to the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tools, including involvement in regulatory submissions or validation processes.AI / ML in Healthcare : Applied knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning in clinical and / or wellness contexts, with experience addressing bias, transparency, and evidence-based validation.Privacy & Interoperability Standards : Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).Global & Enterprise Scale : Experience supporting international or enterprise-scale products, including localization, regional compliance, and multi-market deployment.Architecture Awareness : Exposure to modern software architectures such as microservices, APIs, and cloud-native platforms, and understanding how these influence product scalability, performance, and compliance.Platform Integration & Technical Fluency : Experience defining product requirements for clinical workflows and data-driven services, Familiarity with how product decisions interface with data pipelines, application programming interfaces (APIs), and modular service architectures.Systems-Level Product Thinking : Demonstrated ability to design modular, reusable product components or workflows that scale across platforms, user types, and geographies.Data-Driven Product Development : Experience using analytics, performance metrics, and user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.What You'll Get :

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.Remote Workplace : Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary : $141,800.00 - $236,400.00
