• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Handle multi-state payroll operations, addressing varying state-specific requirements.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll functions and maintain employee records.
• Process payroll for large employee groups, ensuring timely and precise payments.
• Verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits contributions.
• Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
• Assist with special payroll projects and initiatives as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Proficiency in managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Demonstrated ability to process payroll for large employee groups.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
