Your Specific Responsibilities :

Responsible for scanning, creating, and auditing of vendor invoices relating to but not limited to encumbered and unencumbered direct orders. A wide variety of accounting transactions must be processed in FLAIR to create the appropriate voucher documents and update the accounting records. Maintain accounting records on the payment status of all payments. Outstanding encumbrance balances are reconciled to FLAIR prior to processing each invoice payment. Types of payments to be processed include, but not limited to journal transfers, direct orders, advance payment request, after the fact direct orders, and other miscellaneous items.

Responsible for processing accounting changes directly in FLAIR or My Florida Market Place (MFMP), researching zero or rejected invoices, correction request, duplicate payments and My Florida Market Place Reports assigned to the auditor. Assist in the Certified Forward Process.

Responsible for the research of vendor and program office inquires as assigned. This requires the ability to use the FLAIR accounting reports, Financial Information System (FIS) and My Florida Market Place.

Perform other duties, as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Utilization of personal computers. Knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), information gathering techniques, problem solving techniques and mathematic basics. Incumbent must have good communication skills, customer services skills and ability to communicate effectively with others in English language.

Qualifications :

Experience in customer service and ability to solve problems using a logical methodical approach.
