Clinical Outsourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Contracts & Outsourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the vendor outsourcing lifecycle within the clinical department

Negotiate contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and manage budgets for outsourced services

Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and provide regular reporting on contract status and risks

Required Qualifications

5+ years' experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, or clinical operations in biotech / pharma

Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and vendor functions

Experience with RFP / RFI preparation and vendor contract negotiation

Comfortable with budgeting and financial oversight

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor relationships
