Counter Sales With Driving Duties

Aquarius Supply, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual for a full time Counter Sales with driving duties. This position will focus on order entry at the sales counter with other related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, loading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. Pay range : $22-$26 (depending on experience). This role will have driving duties.

Essential Duties :

• Entering orders at the point of sale using the company computer system
• Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person
• Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
• Communicating to customers the correct product for their application
• Communicating to customers how material is priced and sold
• Creating Sales Orders and Quotes to estimate cost of projects, quantities of material needed from customer measurements
• Ensuring smooth deliveries by scheduling effectively and maintaining open communication with team members and clients
• Order picking / staging / replenishment
• Shipping / receiving-warehouse duties
• Loading / unloading delivery vehicles
• Delivering products to customers and branch locations
• An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and strict adherence to DOT / CDL regulations.
• Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
• Other related duties as assigned (some non CDL driving duties)
