What You’ll Do As our Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of our fulfillment operation—picking, packing, and shipping items with precision and pride. Accurately pick and pack orders to keep our customers happy Navigate our digital tools to track inventory and process shipments Embrace new tech that helps us fulfill smarter and faster Keep an eye on quality, making sure every order meets our standards Use shipping software to print labels and prep packages Support your team to meet daily goals and boost efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Join training sessions to stay up to date on procedures and innovations What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse experience is a plus—but not required Strength to lift packages and stamina to be on your feet (you’ll move a lot!)
