Social Media Video Content Creator Job at Posh in California

POSH is a pioneering company specializing in innovative battery energy storage solutions and lifecycle management. We sell industrial equipment and services to help electrify the world and transition the grid to renewable energy.

We are looking for a creative social media video content creator to join the team. In this role, you will help create engaging video content related to our products and manage our social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, IG, Youtube).

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce original video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy

Create educational, behind-the-scenes, testimonial, and trend-based videos tailored for each platform

Shoot and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to highlight customer stories, product features, and industry thought leadership

Manage publishing calendar and post content regularly with relevant hashtags, captions, and CTAs

Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement analytics

Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices in the energy / tech / startup space

What We're Looking For

Proven experience creating viral, engaging short-form video content for brands or creators

Strong visual storytelling, editing, and post-production skills

Comfortable being behind and / or in front of the camera when needed

Ability to shoot in various environments, from office settings to field deployments

Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts best practices

Passion for sustainability, energy, and technology a big plus

Self-starter with an experimental mindset and attention to detail

Bonus Points

Interested in energy, climate tech, or cleantech industries

Animation or motion graphics experience

Portfolio of videos or social media handles with prior work
