Your Responsibility

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of automated control systems in a large manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot and support development for electrical and mechanical systems. Additionally, you will be part of a dynamic leadership team that develops strategic initiatives to reduce costs, improve throughput, enhance product quality, and increase reliability using lean principles. What We Are Seeking

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or AS degree with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills, exceptional character, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all corporate levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Thorough understanding of AC and DC fundamentals, low voltage power supplies, and monitoring three-phase power. Basic knowledge of servo open and closed loop systems, variable frequency drives, and parameter setup working with Servo, Stepper, Induction, Spindle, and Brushed Motors.
  • Strong working knowledge of PLC and Operator Interface Programming.
