- Essential Duties
- Prepare compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, and position changes.
- Review and validate proposed salary offers.
- Review, update, and maintain job descriptions to ensure alignment with classification standards, compensation structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Administer job classifications, pay grades, and salary ranges.
- Support market pricing and salary survey analysis.
- Perform internal equity and job evaluation studies.
- Maintain compensation policies and documentation.
- Partner with HRIS staff to resolve compensation configuration issues and validate system outputs.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to compensation.##
- Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of direct experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and salary administration.
- Working knowledge of FLSA and pay equity requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be considered.## ##
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
- Public-sector compensation experience.
