Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager / SSHO to lead and oversee quality control efforts on a construction project located in Ft. Stewart, GA . This role is critical to ensuring all work complies with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and internal expectations for quality and safety.

A commitment to excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control plans and procedures tailored to construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the entire construction and fabrication process to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Analyze inspection data to detect trends, identify risks, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Train construction teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Promote a strong culture of quality and accountability across all project phases.
