Key Responsibilities
Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and upsells
Present product and service information to corporate accounts while developing relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage personal revenue pipeline
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
High degree of computer literacy is essential
Experience in selling or managing accounts in the SaaS / technology / hospitality space is a plus
