An established and mission-driven health system in coastal California is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial, patient-centered urgent care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking both professional fulfillment and work-life balance in one of California’s most desirable regions.

Opportunity Highlights :

• Flexible Scheduling : Two full-time roles available – Friday–Sunday (3 shifts) or Monday–Thursday (4x10s)
• Work-Life Balance : In-person only, no call, no APP supervision – keep work at work
• Supportive Environment : Join a collegial team with one full-time physician, per diem support, and MAs on staff
• $325K base salary
• $50,000 recruitment incentive
