Summary
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing and administrative support. This position requires outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Field phone calls regarding vacancies
- Show apartments
- Process applications
- Assist in recertification files
- Assist in administrative tasks in office
- Provide customer service to residents
Qualifications
Strong sales skillsProven ability to work with diverse individualsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, Yardi experience a plusAbility to prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team memberSuperior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow throughPreferred
