Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Data Governance Consultant position for our client in San Antonio, TX.

Duration : 6 months

Duties :

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Tableau.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and variances to support business reviews.

Automate reporting pipelines and data processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.

Lead data management and governance initiatives, including data lineage and data quality improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data governance frameworks with business objectives.

Skills :

Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Data Quality Management.

Proficiency with Tableau, Alation UDC, and Bigeye.

Hands-on experience with Python, SAS, and ISA.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

Experience :

Proven experience leading data governance and management programs.

Background in BI development, data analytics, and automation of reporting processes.

Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
