CNC Setup Tech

!!!!MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We’re hiring a CNC Setup Tech Level 2 ! In this role, you’ll take on advanced setups, machine adjustments, and quality checks to ensure production runs smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform complex CNC machine setups on lathes and / or mills
• Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and production records
• Support training of junior setup / operators as needed
