We grow, roast, and package coffee right here in the U.S. — leading a sustainable “farm-to-cup” revolution that’s redefining the American coffee industry.
With products already sold through Walmart, Sprouts, ShopRite, Homegoods , and more, we’re scaling rapidly. To support our leadership team’s growth, we’re seeking a world-class Executive Assistant who can help organize, coordinate, and keep momentum across multiple business fronts.
💼 The Role
You’ll work directly with our Founder & CEO (and occasionally his daughter / Co-Founder Charli) to manage daily operations, communications, and key initiatives.
This is a dynamic hybrid role — part business, part brand, part life management — where organization, professionalism, and energy make all the difference.
