Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurosurgery Specialist

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

About the Position :

Full-time, 3rd Shift (36 hours per week)
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200

Unit Overview :

Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will provide care for a diverse patient population, including :

Post-operative craniotomy patients

Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries

Patients involved in our Comprehensive Stroke Program

Your Role :

Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care.

Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.

Engage in continuous learning and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and BLS certification.

Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred.
