Home Health Clinical Manager

A home health clinical manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations of a home health agency. This role requires a strong background in healthcare, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills. We are accepting applications from Riverside, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Ontario, Moreno Valley, Redlands, San Bernardino and nearby areas.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordination and management of all services rendered to patients and families by direct service staff under his/her supervision;
• Supervision of assigned nursing personnel in the delivery of nursing services to patients and families;
• Direct evaluation of the clinical competence of assigned nursing personnel and participation with appropriate supervisory staff in the evaluation of other direct service staff;
• Participation in or development of all agency objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures affecting clinical services;
• Participation in direct services staff recruitment, selection, orientation, and in-service education;
• Participation in program planning, budgeting, and evaluation activities related to the clinical benefits of the agency
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of services provided to patients by clinicians and caregivers
• Oversee the quality assurance and OASIS review team
• Go in the field to see patients during supervisory visits
• Go in the field to do admissions or nursing visits from time to time as/if/when needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with an active license in good standing to practice nursing in California
• Clinical Management experience required
• Minimum of two years experience within the last five years in a home health agency
• OASIS documentation experience
• Familiarity with Kinnser / Wellsky Home Health is a plus
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and by state requirements
• Must have current CPR Certification
• Computer proficiency including MS Excel, Word, video conferencing, and email
