A Typical Day :

In this role, you will help clients make informed, confident decisions about their finances, building lasting relationships each year.

What You Will Do :

• Assist clients during the tax interview by accurately entering personal and W-2 information into our tax software.
• Help wrap up the tax interview by assembling the completed tax return, obtaining necessary signatures, and reviewing the finished product with clients.
• Ensure every H&R Block client enjoys exceptional service throughout the tax preparation process.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
