Job Title : Private Swim Instructor

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced swim instructor to provide personalized 1 : 1 private lessons and 1 : 2 semi-private lessons tailored to the needs and goals of each swimmer. This role also involves promoting and selling swim lesson packages while maintaining a teaching schedule of at least 5 hours per week. You'll have the rewarding opportunity to help swimmers of all ages and skill levels build confidence, improve technique, and develop a lasting love for swimming.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct 30-minute private (1 : 1) and semi-private (1 : 2) swim lessons customized to individual needs and goals.
• Promote and sell swim lesson packages to clients.
• Teach a minimum of 5 hours of swim lessons per week.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for swimmers of all abilities.
• Track swimmer progress and provide updates to clients to celebrate achievements.
• Emphasize water safety and encourage the development of strong swimming skills.
